This project will capture Galway businesses as they reopen. It will celebrate the success of businesses reopening, people going back to work and customers returning to their favourite restaurants and shops. The project will ask videographers to record businesses and capture Galway reopening from the Covid 19 lockdown. The materials produced will be used to promote the businesses as they reopen but also to create a long term record of the community feelings and difficulties as Galway returns to normal by capturing the stories of the owners, employees and customers.

The project will look to engage with different sectors across society to capture their experience and what they are looking for. This content will celebrate the diverse nature of Galway.

The businesses will showcase the work in December and celebrate the hopefully successful reopening of the sectors and display the artists' works across the City.
