Visual's new Community Café is delivered as part of the "Have a Gawk" programme of workshops. The project promotes sharing hospitality, food and music as part of the Friday programme of creative activities in Visual.
These workshops ask participants "have you ever wondered what art is all about, or would you like to learn more about artists and exhibitions in a relaxed, fun environment?
This programme offers is a relaxed, social art club for adults, including tours, chats and working with various art materials. There will be conversations about the exhibitions and playful making sessions exploring different techniques, followed by refreshments. No experience necessary.
