Tapestry weaving has been part of cultural heritage all over the world going back to early times, this project continues that tradition, and this piece stands proudly within contemporary art leaving a legacy for the future.

We as a group of 8 Irish tapestry weavers have now come to be known as the Timelines Tapestry Group. The aim of this project is to join forces to work together on a collaborative timeline tapestry.
