This project will allow young participants an opportunity to explore film making skills and script process and diversify their own way of working and explore the breakdown of a short film from pre production to casting to making the film.  Participants will learn how to move a short film into production, follow budgets, support the sourcing of cast and crew and how to manage in post production.  They will benefit from hands on experience with industry professionals. The project will be led by producers Maeve McGrath and keith Bogue with a script, THIS IS ME by Sinéad Collopy.  The aim is to produce a short film 'This Is Me' to International Film Festival Standard for broadcast and general release. Open castings will be held in Ennis for the young actor roles in the film.  Shooting is planned for Ennis and Shannon.  Post production will be carried out in Clare by editor Philip Shanahabn. Costume designer Aisling Wallace Byrne has agreed to advise on costumes and Shane Serrano will be the Director of Photography.
