The annual Lime Tree Theatre and Belltable Bualadh Bos Children’s Festival features a host of amazing events, planned for all age groups and captures the imagination of young audiences with magical theatre, raucous book readings, chatty talks, interactive workshops, plus a host of other activities for the rest of the family too.

Creative Ireland Limerick and the Bualadh Bos Children's Festival endeavour to make this festival accessible to all Limerick children. Thus, they have partnered together to present a series of participatory theatre workshops for local Deis schools in run up to the Festival. This initiative aims to ensure diverse participation.
