Led by the renowned historian Fin Dwyer, our tour starts in the vibrant streets of Kilkenny City, then ventures to the majestic Kells Priory. Here, amidst ancient stones, feel the echoes of the medieval world.

Next, we’ll visit the grand St. Canice’s Cathedral, the epicenter of power for Bishop Richard Ledrede. Stand before the tombs of Ledrede and Jose Kyteler, and hear tales of trials and tribulations that shaped history.

As we meander through medieval Kilkenny, we’ll pause at storied sites like St. Francis’ Priory and Kyteler’s Inn, immersing you in the life and lore of the 14th century.

Our journey culminates at the imposing Kilkenny Castle, a pivotal site in the trial’s history, where the saga of Richard Ledrede and Arnold le Poer unfolded.
