The Togher Tidy Towns committee will engage an artist to work with local schools and sports clubs to design a mural in Togher around the subject of biodiversity, with the aim of encouraging reuse/recycling and litter and pollution awareness. The Avenue Biodiversity Mural will be painted on a wall in the Avenue, a busy thoroughfare in Togher, and will serve as an educational tool, raising awareness about the importance of preserving our natural world.  It will also inspire a sense of pride and unity among local residents, fostering a stronger sense of community identity and motivating community members to engage in conservation efforts and protect the ecological heritage of their local area.
