Summer Stars is Kerry Library's annual reading challenge to promote reading during the summer for all children. Kerry Library invites all children to participate in the reading challenge and to experience the fun and pleasure of reading and writing over the summer alongside a programme of storytimes, workshops and interactive creative sessions that celebrate reading and writing. 

Summer Stars is non-competitive and every child who reads even one book/e-book is regarded as having completed the programme – and it’s all completely free!
