Spotlight is a new programme that supports young musicians from South Dublin County who have the potential to breakthrough with their work and who would benefit from the creation of an EPK. The 2021 Recipient is Daire Heffernan, singer/songwriter from Clondalkin, Dublin 22

Daire will work towards the creation of a music video for one of her songs on her EP. There will be a consultation with a PR agent to complete the EPK.
