Calling all parade and spectacle organisers and community groups in Kerry. Join Parade designer Mr. Eddie McGuinness for a number of free workshops and coaching events to show you how to add colour, spectacle and energy to your parade presentation.
These workshops will be presented as an immersive and hands-on event, that invites participants to explore the art of creating and showcasing spectacles and promenades.
- Monday 15th July 6pm - 8pm (Initial intro to Pageantry and concept development)
- Tuesday 16th July 11am - 1pm & 6pm - 8pm (Working with Artists, Performance groups and Materials)
- Friday 16th Aug. (Afternoon) - Full Parade Rehearsal works training
Preparations and running of Kerry County Council Féile Thrá Lí Festival parade to coincide with the Rose of Tralee:
