Sounding the Senses is a multisensory artist residency devised and presented by Ceol Connected at the Holy Family School in Cootehill, Co. Cavan. 

For Sounding the Senses 2024, Ceol Connected will work with a team of artists from Rosán Sensory Adventures and Púca Puppets to present a series of immersive, joyful and highly engaging sensory arts experiences to children across 14 Autism & Special Care classes at Holy Family School, Cootehill.  

Sounding the Senses 2024 also introduces the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance at the University of Limerick to this work, with a view to developing a research framework that can inform and support Ceol Connected's sensory projects.
