The Máirtín O’Connor Trio will play a free, exclusive, streamed show from The Hawk’s Well Theatre on Saturday, 28th November 2020 at 9pm. The performance is being made possible by Sligo Libraries and Sligo Live supported by Creative Ireland. Sign up for the free stream, available on sligolive.ie from Saturday, 14th November 2020.

The stellar three-piece group comprising of Máirtín O’Connor, Cathal Hayden and Seamie O’Dowd, have toured the world, performing in prestigious venues from the Sydney Opera House to New York’s Symphony Space Centre as part of Martin Hayes’ Masters Of Tradition concerts, as well as touring extensively with the legendary Australian guitarist Tommy Emmanuel. They have also accompanied Irish folk hero Christy Moore on numerous concerts, as well as guesting on three of his more recent albums.

This special performance was originally scheduled as a Covid restricted Sligo Live performance on October 28th, which had to be cancelled due to the move to Level 5.
