She.Her.Me is a multidisciplinary workshop series for women interested in exploring the female experience. Led by Monaghan based Artist, Aisling Slattery Fanning, participants will focus on their personal journey of womanhood through the mediums of music, meditative art practices and poetry. Participants will be supported to identify their own creative style and to create an original art piece that reflects their personal journey. 

This workshop series aims to build the confidence and self awareness of the participants as well as promoting the health benefits associated with creativity. 

This initiative is a collaboration with WCI Monaghan.
