Adamstown family festival

Building on the relationships and the research and development work Grainne Walker carried out throughout 2023 in Adamstown, she is currently mentoring and collaborating with the Adamstown Big Tree Community Group as they develop creative, cultural and social capital in the area. 

The programme of work will culminate in a one day festival - The Adamstown Festival on August 17th with an arts programme suitable for all ages, across the lifespan.

The work will build a sustainable, creative community connecting with various organisations representing the diverse population of Adamstown. It will build capacity for delivery of small festivals and events embracing the culture, diversity and creativity in Adamstown.
