County Longford warmly welcomes you to the annual Padraic Colum International Gathering, which will be held in our county from May 17th to 18th, 2019. Talks, guided tours and a commemoration concert are all planned as part of this year's itinerary.

Among the many guest contributors are: Bishop Emeritus Colm O'Reilly; Clíona Ní Shúilleabháin, grandniece of Padraic Colum; John Connell, Longford author of acclaimed international bestseller, 'The Cow Book'; and Dani Gill, former director of Cúirt Arts Festival, Galway, and published author.
