The Minaw collective is a group of female artists that specializes in Street art.

10 artists from the collective will take part in the event  at Mercy College Sligo.

The plan is that they will each paint a 5 mt by 2,5 mt panal of the boundary wall of Mercy College.

The over theme is "Nature. "

All the panels will have a nature based installation and all artists will be working from the same colour pallet to ensure consistency across the entire piece. 

All students at mercy will be invited to watch the artists at work and ask questions during the painting.

The artist Frizz is a past pupil of Mercy College  and she will hold a  half day masterclass with the  Leaving Cert art student at Mercy College.

The class will  include a lecture on the methods she uses and all students will get an opportunity to paint a section of the wall.
