Making Positive Choices is a community led initiative that won a National Pride of Place Award in 2020 for its mural, created by Clare Youth Action, located at The Yard Ennistymon.

This mural concept will be adopted by a new community in Kilkee. It will once again be designed and delivered by local youths from Kilkee under the guidance of a professional artist Nathalia El Baba. The mural promotes healthy living and wellbeing through play and outdoor spaces. 

The location at Kilkee Waterworld  is a positive and central community facility &  the mural will inspire the whole community into making positive choices in their lives.  It will encourage all to participate in positive healthy community recreational and sporting activities, helping to grow communities that are positive and healthy in all aspects of body, mind and action.
