Musician and Artist Robert Perry will design a kinetic wind sculpture from repurposed and recycled materials including old bikes, scrap metal and electronics.

He will work with a local community where the sculpture will rest, and take an intergenerational approach to its design and development with them. 

The sculpture will be free standing and in a public space for all to enjoy. Its function will be to inspire, entertain and demonstrate how energy, in the form of wind power, can be utilised to create sound and movement as art.
