Joining of Worlds- a reimagined Songwriters Collective for Athenry

We will take contemporary folk and pop songs of Athenry based songwriters and collaborate with Athenry born composer to set these song in modern classical context, showcasing the incredible musical talent in Athenry and providing a new prestigious platform for the rich cultural heritage of Athenry and Galway County. 

Starting with three prolific Athenry songwriters, Harry Monson, Sinead Pokall (a.k.a. Sinead Ann) and Sinead Murphy, alongside Athenry born composer Daire MacMághnuis.
