A one-day moviemaking masterclass focused on the development and production of filmmaker Antonia Campbell Hughes’ award-winning Irish film ‘It Is In Us All’, with writer/director/actor Hughes and cinematographer Piers McGrail.

This session is aimed primarily at practising and emerging filmmakers and is also of particular interest to anyone interested in making a feature film.

The day will be broken into four main sessions:

-A workshop with Antonia Campbell-Hughes focusing on scriptwriting and directing, and the evolution of It Is In Us All.

 -A workshop with Piers McGrail focusing on cinematography, with specific focus on his award-winning work on It Is In Us All.

-A discussion with Antonia Campbell-Hughes and Piers McGrail, focusing on the production and the challenges of making a feature under lockdown in Donegal.

-A screening of the film, also open to the general public, introduced by Antonia Campbell-Hughes.
