I am Yoga

The ‘I Am Yoga’ project, delivered workshops for children aged 6 to 10 years in libraries in Cavan Town, Belturbet, Cootehill and Bailieborough. The workshops consisted of 3 elements: storytelling, yoga and visual art. This programme was facilitated by two facilitators, an Artist and a Yoga Instructor.
