We are back with our "Flower for wellbeing" project and also we are ready to celebrate our Flower Festival in Moyne again! A series of workshops will be facilitated to different community groups in Co. Longford by professional artists from different disciplines like textiles, dance, visual arts, mural design and garden designers.
We are bringing to the communities’ experiences that improve their wellbeing all through the importance of flowers, connecting with nature and the cultural exchange behind it.
In addition to that, this year the community of Moyne is celebrating a very special occasion, a great opportunity to gather at this creative cultural event and visit the new premises.

Programme for the festival on the 2nd of June 2024 from 11.30 am as follow:

11:30 – Official opening and welcoming to local artisans, market, and flower vendors.

12:00 - A presentation of a mural designed by local students and rendered by local artist Anna Wiercioch will take place.

12:30 - Garden designer Mary Holmes will share her knowledge by delivering a lecture and will give a demonstration explaining the benefits of plants and flowers.

1:30 - A street performance for all will take place with Orson Sterrit.

3:00 - Live music with Juan Jose Manzano and Rebeca Sanchez (Tickets from €5.88).
