Film Production Workshop for Teens

Ronan Daly of West Clare Film will introduce secondary school students to the world of film making and its various stages from page to screen.

Ronan will bring students through the stages of creating a short film including:

Pre-production. Sets, filming locations, powers of persuasion.
Production. Equipment, safety, filming for the big screen.
Post-production. Editing, sound and sound effects and musical score.

Ronan Daly writes music for film and works in film production. He provides creative film workshops for transition year students in St. Josephs, Spanish Point Co Clare.

This workshop will be held in Ennis Library 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and Scariff Library 13:50 - 15:00 - 15:50 pm. Teachers can book Secondary School classes by contacting the library directly.
