Waterford’s  inaugural CREATE FEST, Waterford Festival of Creativity takes place in Waterford Cultural Quarter on Friday  11th October 2019 in Garter Lane Arts Centre. This collaborative festival seeks to inspire and excite creative industry professionals, community participants and young people to unleash and explore their creativity.
