Emerging Limerick Filmmakers (ELF) supports young people (13-18) with a passion for filmmaking, through a series of ten sessions focusing on story develop and the elements of filmmaking. This leads into multiple short film productions led by and developed by the participants. In 2021, ELF will establish a new strand for 15-19 year olds.

The organisation is led by the membership and having developed a relationship with 9 core members (numbers kept low due to Covid restrictions), ELF is in a position to engage with the model developed over the past year. 

A new strand catering for 18-25 age group is also being planned.
