Sarah Garden will work on a weekly basis with women who are members of  the Ballinamore Hens Shed to research and share songs from their countries of origin. These include Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Palestine, Malawi, South Africa, Guatemala, and Pakistan. The sessions will run in a similar format Sarah’s Sing Together sessions which include physical and vocal warm up, breathing, vocal play, and singing. However, there will also be an aim to create ease with each other around singing and encourage the whole group to share songs. Sarah will also share some of the songs she has collected. As at the sessions continue, Sarah will arrange the songs collected and the whole group will have the opportunity to learn them together.
