The Project Award scheme invited applications for projects to develop bodies of work with a public interface/engagement.  Funding could be used to support events/projects that focussed on cultural activity involving the arts, creative industries, heritage, film and animation as well as projects as Gaeilge.  Projects should encourage creativity and cultural participation within Clare communities.   The fund was administered by Clare County Council and evaluated by an independent Assessment Panel chosen by the Clare Creative Ireland Culture Team.
