Culture Night is an annual public event held across the island on the second last Friday of September to celebrate culture, creativity, and the arts. This year's theme is “One Night for All” and will be held on September 20, 2024.

Mayo County Council’s Culture Night Event Fund supports the costs of local events. The fund was open to not-for-profit groups, community, arts, heritage, and cultural organizations. Individuals could apply in partnership with these groups.

The selection prioritized events promoting diversity and late-night activities, aligned with the Creative Ireland Programme’s goal of enabling creativity in every community. Culture Night is strategically funded by Mayo County Council and the Arts Council and is supported by Creative Ireland and participating groups & venues in Mayo. Media Sponsor is Midwest Radio.
