Crafting Connection
Crafting Connection is an initiative by Cork Craft Month to bring makers from Cork Craft and Design into their local communities by hosting free workshops in their local Cork County libraries. These libraries have acted as long standing creative hubs in our Cork communities for years, bridging gaps and making new connections for their local audiences. Crafting Connections will bring Cork Craft & Design’s talented makers to these creative hubs in the hope of bringing together local communities and their local craftspeople.
The workshops will celebrate CCDs endlessly creative makers to build and sustain a vibrant community and economy to shape the future of craft in our Cork communities. To celebrate Cork Craft Month CCD will host a range of adult and Children’s workshops across eight Cork County libraries that will be free of charge to the public. Our members will offer a range of workshops such as needle felting, weaving, pottery, embroidery and more! Book directly on the Cork Craft and Design website to get involved! https://corkcraftanddesign.ie
