Colourful Connections: Pottery Painting for Wellbeing
Supported under the Open Call Strand 1: Community/Creative Collaboration Mo Chairde Social Enterprise will host an eight-week pottery painting course at our Active Age Day Centre, running through September and October. This creative initiative will engage 22 older, vulnerable adults in County Roscommon, offering them an opportunity to express themselves through art, foster social connections, and celebrate seasonal themes. Each week, participants will paint pre-made pottery items such as autumn-themed mugs, harvest decorations, and festive pieces for Halloween encouraging both creativity and personal expression.
