Circus Factory will deliver four 1.5 hour circus classes in each of the Direct Provision Centres in Cork. These centres are located in Mallow, Drishane Castle, Macroom and Clonakilty. Each week they will visit centres to deliver games, hula hoops and juggling to 20 kids in each centre for ages 7+. They will teach each of the young people new tricks, who will then have the chance to celebrate and show-off in a talent showcase on the 11th June for Cruinniú na nÓg. They hope that with their programme, as well as developing their circus skills, this will help the young people who take part confidence and creativity.
