A tree planting initiative for primary school-children supplemented by a 12 week workshop series building a connection to their local environment through sound art and environmental science lessons. The school-children will document the tree’s growth, new habits, responses and what they learn throughout the process with audio journaling. The resulting documentation will be used in a sound installation presented in a local venue or school, giving a voice to the young generation.
