Dancing helps develop skills for social interaction, spatial awareness, coordination and problem solving as well as being a fantastic form of exercise. It helps reduce stress levels while improving relaxation, helps improve mental health and nurtures and instils confidence. These dance lessons will, in a fun and exciting way, show our young people that a new skill can be achieved through practice, commitment and dedication. It is a fun interactive way to exercise and keep fit while also allowing an opportunity to forge and maintain friendships.
