The Artist and Creatives professional development programme will include a series of workshops and information days. Participants will gain new skills, knowledge and connections to further their practice and personal goals across arts disciplines.   

The aim is to build capacity within the communities who make and present work in a variety of contexts and to support practitioners to build sustainable careers in the cultural sector in Mayo.   

Areas of focus include practical skills like career development and management, artform specific workshops, policy developments impacting the sector and how they apply in a local contest.
