Age Friendly Chair Yoga
Join local yoga instructor, Ellen Baggs at the Edna O’Brien Library for three chair yoga sessions. Chair yoga is a fantastic way for seniors to practice yoga without the need to get on the floor. By sitting on a chair, or standing to use the chair for support, these yoga sessions will help improve flexibility, strength and mobility.
Every Tuesday from the 1st - 15th October, 10.45am - 11.30am
