In this project, participants will be taken on a journey to create A Simple Meal. Participants will use land-based traditional skills in the local environ to create the main components of the meal. 

Ceramic artist and potter Aine Farelly, Farmer and educator Kate Egan, and Chef Rose Green will assist participants in creating the elements of a local meal using traditional skills and crafts. 

Culminating in a celebration meal with all workshop participants invited to cook together, using food grown on the farm by community group called the 'Grow Together Project' and eaten on the handmade crockery.
