A prototype of design principles created to embed design techniques into public services was also launched at the conference.

Three keynotes were recorded during the conference, these were delivered by:

• Mari Nakano, International Design Strategist
• Trevor Vaugh, Assistant Professor of Strategic Design at Maynooth University and Chair of the Service Design in Government Working Group
