PUCKED tells the story of the young and ambitious Matty Daly. Immersed in the GAA from birth, Matty has one dream and one dream only, to play on his senior team.

When Matty finally gets called up, we join him as he learns the hard way, that playing senior isn’t everything it’s cracked up to be. PUCKED is an electric comedy with exceptional theatricality for GAA and theatre fans alike.

A number of Tipperary post primary school students/classes have been invited to attend the matinee performances on the 30th & 31st January. Pucked contains themes of masculinity and consent,  with this in mind, the matinees will be followed by a post show discussion between writer and performer Cathal Ryan, Avril from the Tipperary Rape Crisis Centre and Tipp Hurler Conor Stakelum. The discussion will engage young people on the topics contained within the production .
