Echo Edge is an immersive sound, animation and mural project for teenagers in Leitrim. Led by animator Fergal Brennan, musician Eimear Reidy and artist Vanessa Power, the group will work together to create a fun and fantastic multimedia experience. This innovative project will harness the creativity and voices of the local youth community through collaborative creation — it will include workshops in mural painting, sound, animation, programming, and curation to create a perpetually changing art installation that will be exhibited at The Dock.

This project was initiated by The Dock  youth arts group ‘Collective Producers’ and Visual Arts and Education Manager Laura Mahon. It is a youth led project that will reflect their perspectives and imaginations. The final work will be a vibrant and immersive piece that can be experienced in The Dock, enhancing its role as a cultural centre.
