On Friday, 28th June 2024, King House in Boyle was the vibrant setting for the launch of "A Word in Your Ear - Roscommon New Writing Anthology 2019-2023." This highly anticipated event celebrated the remarkable literary talents emerging from the Roscommon area over the past four years.
The anthology showcases an eclectic mix of short fiction and poetry, reflecting the rich tapestry of voices and stories from the region. The evening was a testament to the thriving literary community in Roscommon, drawing a large and enthusiastic audience.
