Conversation with Rafeef Ziadah

The afternoon following her sell-out appearance in the Abbey Theatre with ‘Let it be a tale’, renowned Palestinian poet, spoken word artist, educator and activist Rafeef Ziadah is in conversation with frequent collaborator, award-winning Irish performer and poet Sorcha Fox, about Palestine and cultural resistance to apartheid and occupation.

During a hectic nationwide tour taking in Sligo, Limerick, Cork, Galway, Dublin, Belfast and Newbridge, Rafeef Ziadah comes to Maynooth University to talk about the history and current situation in Palestine, duration one hour plus 30 minutes for questions/discussion.

Hosted by Donal O’Kelly as part of his MU Arts & Minds Festival Writer-in-Residence programme, supported by Maynooth University, Kildare Library Service and Creative Ireland.
