Dancezone will be producing a video demonstrating Lámh through song and dance.

Dancezone is an inclusive dance school based in Athlone with a weekly class with members from Athlone Down Syndrome aged 3 and upwards. 

The entire school are currently learning Lámh. We would like to promote that you can communicate in any language, age and ability. Participants will create a song and dance performance incorporating Lámh while interacting with their local environment of Moate. 

This recorded performance will see over 100 young people and adults trained in sign language, dance, and staging. 

Dancezone have long been leaders with inclusive classes, and have produced similar videos before showing new ways to incorporate dance and Irish Sign Language.
