A school, SEN class and community group will work with a composer to create music inspired by the landscape and nature found in Co. Westmeath.

Music Generation Westmeath, alongside Athlone Youth Orchestra, Mullingar Music Jam Community youth music project, and a composer will work with the primary school groups to develop a composition inspired by the landscape and nature of County Westmeath.

Workshops will be help with the young people to draw their attention to the nature around them and identify a feature that will serve as the composition's inspiration.

Soundbeam equipment will then be used to create a unique soundscape involving primary aged young people, SEN group and community group.
