A series of interviews will be arranged with older members of the community. The interviews will be undertaken by professional Oral Historian, Tomas MacConmara, who previously provided training for interested community groups and individuals in Westmeath on Oral History methodology. The interviews will add an important detail to the archive of our oral heritage and the interviews will be made available to future researchers via Westmeath Libraries.
