Enniscorthy Community Allotments will further build on the socially, culturally, politically, and economically cohesive group they have developed since setting up in Enniscorthy town in February 2021. 

Horticulturist and sculptor Imogen Stafford, who specialises in creating sculptures from mixed media, chicken wire and willow, will work with and involve members of ECA to create their own sculpture. 

Using inspiration from mythology, nature, and Irish wildlife everyone will cut, gradually bend, twist, manipulate and build up the wire and willow to create a small piece sculpture.

Then collectively they will create a larger sculpture celebrating nature, with everyone encouraged to participate fully. 

This collective sculpture is to be part of the new sensory and wellbeing space currently under construction.
