Aghaboe Abbey Preservation Committee are commissioning an artist/ illustrator to produce a visual interpretation/ representation of Aghaboe Abbey as it was in the past, this work will visually recreate the Abbey as it was at the height of its former glory. This image will form part of a large information panel to be located outside the Abbey for visitors. 

These type of visual interpretations/ representations of historic sites are created to bring to life what a particular site looked like in the past in order to help visitors understand and experience such a historic site.
