Tralee Chamber Alliance as part of the programme “Tralee the Christmas Kingdom” will be introducing The Elf trail will see themed wooden cabins set up in various locations around the town centre. These huts are to be set up as locations for children to visit at certain times in the lead up to Christmas. Each cabin will be appropriately decorated to suit the theme and will feature a Christmas character who would interact with the children as they visit. A map and timetable will be available for the families to access this  experience.

To capitalise on this and the much loved Elf on the shelve phenomenon Tralee will now have it’s own giant Elf who will be found in different locations around the town in the lead up the Christmas. Just like Elf on the shelf both adults and children will be intrigued as to what mischief the elf could get up to on the streets of Tralee.

Citizen engagement will be achieved through local stakeholder organisations such as Schools, sports clubs, family resource centres, and diaspora who are looking to reconnect with Tralee.
