The Dublin International Piano Competition is a prominent event for musicians globally. It is an international competition for professional pianists of all nationalities between the ages of 18years to 30 years. The DIPC attracts the best young pianists around the world to compete in the competition. The first competition took place in 1988. The competition is held every three years and over 500 pianists have competed in the eleven competitions held to date.
