This project features the development of the sculpture park at Lough Boora Discovery Park with Bord na Móna and adjacent communities. 

An initiative that began in early 2000 on cut-over bog, Lough Boora Sculpture Park now attracts over 120,000 visitors each year. As the habitat and environment of the Parklands evolve, so to, the sculpture park needs ongoing research, management and investment to ensure its continued significance within the national and international Art in Landscape arena.

Projects planned for 2021 are; the printing and installation of replacement signage for the sculptures to ensure maximum accessibility for the public plus a series of workshops in conjunction with a collaborative project between Offaly County Council, Mayo County Council and Visual Artists Ireland funded by the Arts Council of Ireland’s Invitation to Collaboration Scheme and Offaly County Council’s Creative Ireland Programme.
