Live Streaming from The Seamus Ennis Centre
Live-streamed seasonal concerts to be hosted at the Seamus Ennis Arts Centre (TSEAC).
These events will take place on consecutive days across a weekend in mid-December featuring artists with high profiles in Ireland and abroad.
We anticipate creating a seasonal theme for the events using suitable props, décor, lighting etc. Each show would also feature a support artist which would provide work and exposure to up and coming talent.
In the era of Covid19, these shows would be free of charge in order to promote high levels of engagement and to make them as accessible as possible to all. TSEAC has had a great deal of success this year with online events reaching both national and international audiences. The events will also be taped so that they would be available to watch on demand. TSEAC have successfully presented live streamed gigs this summer under the SEAC Live banner and they have gathered an experienced technical team who produce very high-quality output.
It is anticipated that these events would provide paid work for approximately 6 artists and 3 technicians per event with the bulk of the costs being paid in artists’ and technicians’ fees and expenses. We believe that this is extremely important in the current environment where there is little paid work currently available within the industry.
